What a great idea and what a fabulous recipe!

Yes, I think it works best when you say things that are specifically tied to that day. I've never kept myself to a specific number of things, and there are some days that just say "grateful that this day is over" or "grateful that this week is over"! Glad you like the idea enough to try it.
